 JCL86 Builders Inc. is a construction company created and composed of people that has vast experience in construction, management, and leadership. They are former government officials and top management of private companies who have decided to form a company that will be aggressive in showcasing their unique approach in building and constructing. They focus on the well-being of their employees, workers, and ultimately their customers in delivering high-quality products faster than usual.

Prioritizing the safety and well-being of employees, subcontractors, and anyone on the job site is a fundamental core value of our company. Safety protocols and training programs are implemented to minimize accidents and create a secure work environment. A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and construction projects and ensure that their projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

 Jun, a former Government official appointed as Director of Operations for Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission in Metro Manila, the Philippines. The office was directly under the Office of the President of the Philippines which the function was to rehabilitate and maintain the water flow system including the treatment of water and all its component from all bodies of water ranging from main rivers, tributaries and the Manila Bay water.

 After the project, he decided to step into the private sector to joint-hand with the government to serve the nation in building up the country infrastructure and involving in other related projects with the aim to enrich the lives of Filipino. As a servant leader, Jun had been walking through the journey with the team since 2020 and now, JCL86 Builders Inc is an emerging construction companies with a team of more than 250 with projects at multiple cities in the Philippines.  

OUR STORY

 

Founded in 2020 by a group of former government officials and top management of private companies, JCL86 Builders Inc. is a young, emerging construction company based in the Philippines. With a small team of 26 people, it started the journey as a small subcontractor. Involved in projects of concreting and constructing drainage canals in Malabon & Makati City. In 2021, despite the hit of COVID-19, the company strived hard and continued the journey, growing into a team of 51 for more projects in Malabon & Makati City. Taking up building construction projects and expanding the services to Mindoro, Bulacan, Mimaropa, Pola, and Calapan City, growing into a team of 125 people in 2022.

The company continues to prioritize sustainable practices by employing eco-friendly materials, implementing energy-efficient designs, and incorporating renewable energy sources to encourage long-term environmental sustainability in all of our projects. The company's commitment to meeting or exceeding industry standards and customer expectations, as well as the safety and well-being of our employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, is one of its essential core principles. Safety regulations and training programs are regularly implemented to reduce accidents and foster a safe working environment.

To date, the company has expanded from a subcontractor to a general contractor with four offices in various places. It is also proud to work with the BARMM (Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao) to develop the rest of the country and continue transforming the lives of Filipinos.
